1. Getting Started
To begin using TLS Radar:
- Create an account using your email address.
- Add one or more domains to your dashboard.
- Group your domains into Scan Groups for easier organization.
- Start your first scan to analyze SSL/TLS certificates and detect potential vulnerabilities.
- Set up email or SMS notifications to stay informed about expirations, vulnerabilities, or downtime events.
2. Managing Your Account
You can access and update your account settings anytime from your profile page. Common actions include:
- Changing your email, password, or contact preferences.
- Managing team members and assigning roles.
- Upgrading, downgrading, or canceling your subscription plan.
- Deleting your account — this permanently removes your data within 30 days.
3. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
- How do I add a domain? – Go to your dashboard and click Add Domain. Enter the domain name and select a scan group.
- How are vulnerabilities detected? – TLS Radar performs automated SSL/TLS scans using up-to-date vulnerability databases and flags known configuration issues or weak cipher usage.
- How often are scans performed? – Scans are performed periodically depending on your plan. Free users receive daily scans; paid plans may include continuous or hourly monitoring.
- Can I delete my account? – Yes. You can delete your account anytime under the “Account” section in your profile settings. All associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Do you support multi-user teams? – Absolutely. Teams can invite members, manage shared domains, and assign roles through the Team Management interface.
4. Troubleshooting
If something doesn’t work as expected, try the following steps:
- Verify that your domain is publicly accessible and DNS is configured properly.
- Ensure your TLS certificates are valid and properly installed.
- Check your email inbox and spam folder for alerts or verification messages.
- Clear your browser cache and refresh the dashboard.
- Review your plan’s scan frequency and quota limits.
