: Yes, you can change your membership or service plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be billed the prorated amount. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
: We accept all major credit cards. We also offer invoicing for Enterprise plan subscribers.
: Yes, your payment information is never stored on our servers. All transactions are handled exclusively through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor that uses industry-standard encryption, tokenization, and 3D Secure when required, ensuring that your card details are protected at every step. We do not store any card data, not even the last 4 digits, which minimizes the risk of identity theft or fraud.
: Yes, we offer annual billing with a discount of 15-20% compared to monthly pricing. You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your subscription settings.
: When your trial ends, your subscription automatically continues on the plan you selected and your payment method on file will be charged. You can cancel or change your plan at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
: You can cancel your subscription from your account settings at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free tier.
: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you retain access to your paid features until then. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team and we will review your case.
: Your existing scan history and results are preserved. However, if you exceed the limits of your new plan (e.g., number of domains or teams), you will need to remove the excess before you can create new ones. Existing scheduled scans that exceed your new plan limits will be paused.
